Good Medicine from Grizzly Bear Original and Prints

Good Medicine from Grizzly Bear Original and Prints

from $20.00

Grizzly bear sits looking straight at the viewer with bright glowing steam all around. This is what I imagined Raven saw while Grizzly prepared his special ingredient for their stew. In the story, Grizzly hods a mystery fat in his claw, and melts it into the pot while conversing with Raven. Raven sings a healing song for Grizzly, and in return his stew heals Raven.

Shipping

If you would like to pick up the painting in person, please send us an email to make arrangements jack@jackwrayartist.com. We are based in Portland, OR, and travel to Monterey, CA frequently.

Jack’s paintings often have beautiful texture that add to the depth of the image. This is achieved by building up paint through the creative process. Generally, paintings are dry to the touch at 3 weeks, and are suitable to ship at this point. Full curing of the painting can take as long as one year. Please allow for up to 4 weeks to deliver commissioned or new paintings, and always reach out by email with any questions or needs.

The Small Details

Color nuances as they appear on your screen can vary from what we see with our eyes in person. If you are unsure about the colors, we will be happy to send more photos or closeups. Please be sure the painting is right for you before purchasing. Paintings are sold as is, and not “upon approval”. If a painting is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to make it right.
